A bioinformatic free service developed by EURL CPS for NRLs to analyse Illumina WGS datasets from S. aureus

This service allows to characterise the strains you have found in outbreak investigation, surveillance and/or research activities providing:

  • assembly with quality criterion
  • MLST typing
  • Staphylococcal Enterotoxin profile
  • cgMLST typing

Process:

1. collect your sequences

2. fill out the transfer form

3. create the zip file

4. upload your NGS data

5. StarFlow pipeline

6. Report provided online
